For the amount of rain we’ve been getting lately, there’s no fear in our plants becoming wizened.

Facetious

facetious adj. treating serious issues with deliberately inappropriate humor

You know how teenage boys are, always being facetious about one thing or another.

Sequent

sequent adj. Following in the order of time.

By making a timeline, you are able to see the sequent events that led to the climax.

Foppery

foppery n. Dandyism.

The great writer Oscar Wilde was quite the enthusiast of foppery.
